Networking doesn’t have to feel awkward, forced, or like you're pretending to be someone you’re not. This interactive workshop helps participants reflect on their natural style of connecting, whether they’re more outgoing, more reserved, or somewhere in between, and teaches them how to build authentic, values-based relationships in professional settings. 

Participants will rework the traditional elevator pitch into a tool for honest and meaningful conversation, and leave with a version they can use at events, in interviews, or with new contacts. This is networking for real life, not just the career fair.
