This interactive keynote is designed for participants who have had little exposure to improvisation and design thinking training. We have participants moving around and interacting with each other throughout our time together. We focus on three key tenets of improvisation throughout the workshop: 

1. Stepping Outside Your Comfort Zone: Training yourself to get comfortable being uncomfortable 
2. Active Listening: Elevating our listening skills so that we can become leaders who listen to understand, as opposed to listen to respond. 
3. Introduction and Practical Application of the philosophy of "Yes, And" as a way to work collaboratively, rather than competitively, in any sized organization or team.
